All sales are final. However, a refund or exchange will be issued if the product was defective or you received the wrong product or accidentally ordered the wrong product. Return your product to us unopened and unused. We don’t pay to return the item or items, the shipping cost is entirely your own responsibility.
Once a refund has been processed, a notification will be sent to you via email. The refund process will take up to 30 days
All exchanges and returns will be processed based upon the original method of payment. If the original purchase was made with a credit card or debit card, the original card that was used to make the purchase must be available if you do not have proof of purchase an in-store credit will be issued and that can be applied towards another qualifying item
If the exchange made is of an item with a higher price, the customer will have to pay the difference in price and sales tax if the price of an item is lower, the customer will receive the difference in price and sales.
